Minimum Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Tourism and  Hospitality or related field . 
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Reservations in a busy working  environment  preferable in Tourism or Aviation Industry . 

Key Performance Areas

 Reservationist are responsible for;

1. a) Assist with Leasing with OWS representatives for all lodge reservations which affects scheduling.
2. b) Ensuring all guests/staff skeleton bookings are entered as per Camp/OWS requests.
3. c) Extracting all bookings from WISH charter tables and enter in to scheduling system as for Schedulers to allocate to schedule efficiently and in a timely manner
4. d) Sending/Answering queries from OWS representatives regarding guest’s bookings and details required for scheduling.
5. e) Ensuring to monitor booking notes and liaising with Schedulers on special needs/requests.
6. Reservations play an active and important role in the company’s Safety and Quality Management Systems and must:
7. Actively seek, identify and report hazards to the air operation;
8. Investigate the root cause of hazards when assigned to do so;
9. Notify the Operations and Safety Managers of any issues regarding the safety of the Company’s air operation
