PRIMARY PURPOSE

We are seeking a professional, punctual, and customer-focused Driver / Transfer Guide to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing reliable transfers for guests, partners, and staff, as well as delivering exceptional service and a memorable experience during each journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and confirmed transfers for guests, partners, and staff to and from airports, hotels, and other destinations.
• Welcome and assist guests on arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience.
• Conduct engaging and informative city tours in line with Wilderness programs.
• Liaise with the Transfer Coordinator to confirm transfer schedules and timings.
• Ensure punctuality, arriving at all pick-up points at least 30 minutes before collection.
• Maintain professional communication with Airport Representatives regarding any delays or changes.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fuelled, and equipped with water for guests.
• Report vehicle damages and arrange servicing when required.
• Perform official company errands, such as document deliveries.
• Uphold company driving and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid Code 08 Driver’s Licence.
• Minimum 3 years’ driving experience in and around Windhoek.
• Excellent knowledge of Windhoek’s streets, hotels, and key areas.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills in English (a second language is an advantage).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Willingness to work flexible and irregular hours.
• Proven record of safe and patient driving.
