PRIMARY PURPOSE
To provide administrative support and assistance to the Sales Services team and Retail Sales managers. Key areas of focus will include administration, content management and website enquiries to ensure operational efficiency and support business growth.
Detailed Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Retail Sales managers by onboarding new Retail agents.
- Ensure that all agent information is kept up to date and accurate in all systems.
- Assist with the coordination of tradeshows, sales trips and recording of the relevant event debriefing.
- Assist with the processing of invoices.
- Provide support for additional administrative tasks as required by the Sales Services Lead.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Qualification:
- Qualification in Travel and Tourism
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Skills:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
